Het valt niet mee om als statushouder in Nederland een baan te vinden. Daarom beginnen veel statushouders voor zichzelf. In twee jaar tijd verdubbelde alleen al het aantal Syrische ondernemers van 1100 in 2016 naar 2200 in 2018.
